Since 1919, the City of Kewanee has been served by OSF St. Luke Medical Center (formerly Kewanee Hospital). A dedicated staff of nearly 300 health care professionals provides health care services to residents in a 30 mile radius.
OSF St Luke's is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization, not supported by tax dollars. The state-of-the-art facility constructed in 2008 offers the latest in advanced medical technologies including:
- 25 private patient rooms for Medical-Surgical-Pediatrics Care, Swing Bed Services and Critical Care
- 24-hour Physician Staffed Emergency Department
- Inpatient/Outpatient Surgical Services
- Rehabilitation Services
- Homecare/Hospice Care
- All-Digital Radiology/Diagnostic Department

- 3-D Mammography
Specialty clinic services include anesthesiology, cardiology, family medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, radiology, and urology.
