Since 1919, the City of Kewanee has been served by Kewanee Hospital. A dedicated staff of nearly 300 health care professionals provides health care services to residents in a 30 mile radius. Kewanee Hospital is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization, not supported by tax dollars. The state-of-the-art facility constructed in 2008 offers the latest in advanced medical technologies including:

Specialty clinic services include anesthesiology, cardiology, family medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, radiology, and urology. Kewanee Hospital also offers occupational health and wellness programs for area businesses. Provision of these local services often precludes the need for members of our community members to travel to larger facilities located as far as an hour or more away.
